As in past years, also this summer Lotus Direkthilfe was present during the summer course in Benchen Phuntsok Ling in Allmuthen, Belgium. This was a good opportunity to talk directly with many sponsors and get ideas and suggestions for our work in exchange. We were particularly pleased that many of you have written letters to your sponsored children, the letters have been sent by us to Kathmandu directly.
As many of you already know, the abbot of Benchen monastery Kyabje Tenga Rinpoche got 80 years old this year. On this occasion, Rinpoche’s birthday is celebrated in many Benchen affiliated meditation centers in Nepal, France, Spain, Poland, Malaysia, Singapore, Austria, Germany and Belgium. We wish Kyabje Tenga Rinpoche a long life! May all his wishes come true!
